Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including hygienists, assistants, and a hygiene assistant. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster team collaboration. Join a company creating over a million smiles annually in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
