Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, adhering to government regulations and company compliance standards. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily operations and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Manage an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 across multiple Connecticut and Massachusetts locations. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with additional weekly travel pay covering expenses. Requires a DDS/DMD degree, current state license, and Nitrous Oxide certification.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
