Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight examples of customer focus and collaboration. Manage an average daily caseload of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to deliver care. Earn an additional $400 weekly for travel expenses paid for hotel, mileage, and meals, with guaranteed biweekly salary or a percentage of collections.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
