Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal setting, and customer focus initiatives within a practice featuring DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across multiple locations in South Carolina. This role offers a guaranteed minimum daily rate of $850 during the ramp period, plus a sign-on bonus up to $50,000 and $1,000/month student loan repayment. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program and a valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
