Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants across multiple Connecticut and Massachusetts locations. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily activities, recognize team members, and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Manage an average caseload of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children and young adults. Utilize DentaPro software and digital imaging equipment to deliver high-quality, affordable care. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period with no lab fees, plus weekly travel income for visiting other offices.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
