Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Cover a geographic area including locations in Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Waterbury, and Springfield. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children and young adults. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period with no lab fees.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
