Job Summary
Traveling Associate Chiropractor responsible for covering Chiro One Indianapolis clinics (Broad Ripple, Carmel, Fishers, Geist, Indy North) and surrounding greater Indianapolis clinics, delivering chiropractic care including HVLA/diversified adjustment, supervising Chiropractic Assistants and staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and experience, maintaining accurate patient and team records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, contributing to marketing activities and clinic events, and pursuing CBP certification. The role supports leadership development with career tracks toward Clinic Director and Regional Leadership, backed by full back-office support and a performance-based compensation structure.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited university/college of Chiropractic
- Chiropractic License in the state of Indiana, or intent to receive licensure
- Ability to encourage accountability among team members and patients.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as Clinic Director or in clinic leadership
- CBP (Chiropractic Bio Physics) certification
- Chiropractic License in Indiana
- MS Office experience
