Job Summary
Oversee project management duties including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while coordinating with leadership, crews, and subcontractors to execute work and manage change orders. Maintain jobsite documentation such as daily logs, inventories, reports, permits, timesheets, and material records. Ensure safety and compliance by conducting daily safety meetings, monitoring site conditions, and reporting accidents. Support operational needs through physical tasks, work order issuance, and billing reviews. Provide proactive updates on project progress, budget, gross profit margin, and schedule risks. Available 24/7.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience in the restoration/construction industry
- experience/knowledge in water
- experience/knowledge in flood
- experience/knowledge in fire
- experience/knowledge in smoke
- experience/knowledge in mold
- experience/knowledge in asbestos
- experience/knowledge in rebuild remediation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
