Job Summary
Coordinate plans and supervise paving crews and subcontractors for each assigned project while liaising with departments and asphalt plants to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the schedule. Clarify plan discrepancies with the Project Manager and maintain communication with client onsite management to optimize operations procedures. This traveling onsite position requires 80% travel and a valid driver's license. OPC Contracting, Inc. is a premier national general contractor servicing commercial construction needs across 29 states.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Asphalt, Concrete, and Earthworks experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Excellent scheduling, problem-resolution, communication, and leadership skills
- High level of follow-through on tasks to completion
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; very detail-oriented, organized, and able to supervise the work of others
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Company standards
- Travel required 80%
