Job Summary
Travel Youth Care Workers are responsible for the safe and humane transportation of unaccompanied minors and families across the country, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. They must provide orientation in a culturally sensitive manner, maintain constant supervision, and log transportation details. Candidates must demonstrate experience in law, social work, or similar fields, possess strong communication skills, and be available for domestic and international travel, often at short notice. A flexible schedule is required to accommodate shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
- Two years of documented experience in law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar fields
- Certification, licensure, and credentials applicable to the professional accreditation of the position if applicable
- Comprehensive understanding of regulations related to transportation and care of minors
- Ability to maintain a government security background investigation

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working with unaccompanied minors
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Inventory and surveillance software experience preferred
