Travel Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) - Vascular

The Vascular Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic imaging of arterial and venous blood vessels using high-frequency sound waves. They ensure that patients are prepped for examinations, perform ultrasound scans, and analyze the sonograms for diagnostic purposes. This role requires technical expertise, patient-centered care, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Use duplex scanning, color Doppler, and spectral analysis to evaluate arterial and venous blood flow, detect occlusions, stenoses, and other vascular abnormalities; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate imaging findings into patient care plans; calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment; document findings and maintain patient records.
