Job Summary
Perform invasive and non-invasive obstetric and gynecological ultrasound procedures to diagnose and manage high-risk pregnancies. Ensure accurate imaging while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providing detailed findings to consulting providers. Prioritize patient education, safety, and comfort during assessments. Complete an accredited Ultrasound Technology program with at least one year of High-Risk OB experience. BLS certification and a valid state license are required; ARDMS and ARRT certifications are preferred. This 8-week travel assignment in San Luis Obispo offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and first-day insurance coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
- Minimum of one year of experience as a High-Risk OB Ultrasound Tech
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations
- Current Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification (ARDMS)
- Current ARRT Certification in Sonography
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
