Job Summary
Perform invasive and non-invasive obstetric and gynecological ultrasound procedures to diagnose and manage high-risk pregnancies. Examine patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders, administer respiratory treatments, and monitor equipment settings for oxygen therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist in treatment plans, record patient progress, and educate families on medication and equipment use. Complete a 13-week travel assignment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
- Minimum of one year of experience as a High-Risk OB Ultrasound Tech
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations
- Current Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification (ARDMS)
- Current ARRT Certification in Sonography
- Critical thinking
