Job Summary

Perform diagnostic sonography examinations of general and vascular studies, preparing and positioning patients to ensure accurate imaging and comfort. Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy while calibrating and troubleshooting ultrasound equipment to maintain functionality and safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate diagnostic imaging into patient care plans, maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Work efficiently in fast-paced environments while applying critical thinking to perform procedures effectively. Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
  • Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations
  • Current Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification (ARDMS)
  • Current ARRT certification in sonography
  • Other certifications or licenses
