Job Summary
Travel Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) - Echo/Vascular for a 13-week assignment in Hermiston, OR. Perform ultrasound scans, prep patients, analyze sonograms for diagnostic purposes, calibrate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate imaging into patient care plans. Requires completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program, 1 year of recent Sonographer experience, current BLS, and a valid ultrasound license; preferred ARDMS, ARRT in Sonography, and CCI credentials. Emphasizes advanced technical skills, patient-centered care, safe positioning, documentation, and working in fast-paced clinical settings.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations
- Preferred: ARDMS, ARRT in Sonography, CCI credential
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
