Job Summary
Develop and implement appropriate plans of care based on resident assessments while demonstrating knowledge of medications and their correct administration. Travel to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region to provide care as required. Maintain current state licensure as an RN in good standing and possess strong organization and communication skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. This float role offers an opportunity to join Benedictine's compassionate senior care team across the upper Midwest, supporting our core values of hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
- Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
