Travel Telemetry RN

Travel Telemetry RN position in Prescott Valley, AZ for a 13-week travel assignment. The Telemetry RN is responsible for continuous cardiac monitoring and assessment in a telemetry unit, evaluating patient health, implementing care plans, administering prescribed treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to maintain high-quality, patient-centered cardiac care. Essential duties include monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms and vitals, administering medications and treatments, assisting with cardiac procedures, documenting assessments, initiating patient education on cardiac health and risk factors, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Requires 1 year of Telemetry RN experience, active RN license, BLS, and ACLS; PCCN and NIHSS certifications are preferred.
