Job Summary
Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a facility in Wausau, Wisconsin. Provides comprehensive patient care in a telemetry unit with a focus on continuous cardiac monitoring and assessment, administers prescribed medications and treatments, prepares equipment for cardiac-related procedures, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and ensures patient safety and education. Requires strong telemetry nursing skills, critical thinking, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Must have an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS; PCCN and NIHSS certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- One year of Telemetry RN experience
- Current RN license
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS Certification
- Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) Certification (preferred)
- NIHSS certification (preferred)
