Travel Telemetry RN

Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in a telemetry unit. Responsible for continuous cardiac monitoring and patient assessment, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for cardiac patients. Requires strong clinical skills in telemetry nursing, critical thinking, excellent communication, and adherence to patient safety and professional ethics. Essential duties include monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering prescribed medications and treatments, preparing equipment for cardiac procedures, documenting assessments, responding to cardiac emergencies, educating patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes, and adhering to safety and infection control protocols. Qualifications include one year of telemetry nursing experience, valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, with PCCN and NIHSS preferred.
