Travel Telemetry RN

Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 26-week travel assignment in Wilmington, NC. Responsibilities include monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administering prescribed cardiac medications and treatments, preparing equipment and assisting physicians during cardiac-related procedures, maintaining patient safety and comfort, documenting assessments, initiating patient education on cardiac health and risk factors, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for telemetry patients. Requires strong telemetry nursing skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
