Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans by consulting with the health care team. Utilize monitoring machines to measure heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications while reporting adverse reactions per policy. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Monitor specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays. This 4x12 night shift role supports critical patient monitoring at our Oklahoma City facility.
