Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans by consulting with the health care team. Utilize telemetry machines to monitor heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications while reporting adverse reactions. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Shift: 3x12 Days.
