Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans while consulting the health care team. Monitor specialized equipment, interpret electronic displays for heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, and oxygen levels, and identify irregular telemetry readings to notify the medical team. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, reporting adverse reactions per policy. Assist physicians during examinations and treatments by preparing necessary equipment. Work a 3x12-day shift.
