Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans by consulting with the health care team. Utilize monitoring machines to track heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications while reporting adverse reactions per policy. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member. Monitor specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays. Assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments. Shift: 3x12 Nights.
