Job Summary
Trusted banking advisor providing financial guidance and opening new accounts; performs transactions, educates customers on safe banking, helps prevent fraud, maintains audit/security procedures, and mentors staff. Travels between Houston banking centers, partners with departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences, cross-sells products/services, refers clients to commercial, insurance, and investments partners, and develops new banking relationships through personal networks and community engagement. Proficient with required computer systems; handles cash and daily cash reconciliations; supports risk/compliance with policies. Demonstrates strong customer relations and professionalism in a retail banking environment with frequent client and team interaction, and may travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred; minimum one year of combined frontline banking and platform experience
