Job Summary
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages to identify options aligning with client preferences and budgets. Assist with coordinating hotels, flights, transportation, sightseeing, and excursions while maintaining organized client files and verifying reservation details. Communicate professionally via email, phone, and virtual meetings to deliver responsive service throughout the planning process. This entry-level role includes guided onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and access to industry-leading booking systems for individuals with strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
