Job Summary
Delegate tasks to store team members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met across multiple locations. Mentor team members to develop skills for exceptional service, provide performance feedback to the general manager, and maintain smooth store operations by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensure a safe and compliant environment adhering to all regulatory standards, and travel locally to support nearby stores as required. This role involves multitasking and performing physical activities including repeated standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds with assistance. Applicants must be at least 18 years old (21 for specific tasks per Virginia law), willing to commute up to 30 miles one way, and eligible for a 4-day work week with every other weekend off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
- Ability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds with another person
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals
- Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way per day
