Job Summary
Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met. Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills for exceptional service and providing General Manager feedback. Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations and foster a positive culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards. Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach and ensure a safe, compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory standards. Travel locally to support nearby stores as required. This role involves physical tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds with assistance. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with Virginia law requiring supervisors to be 21 for specific tasks. Proven experience leading teams or collaborating effectively is required, with prior food service experience preferred. Commute up to 30 miles one way per day is necessary, with mileage reimbursed if exceeding that distance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
- Ability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds with another person
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
