Job Summary
Build in-store displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for retail customers. Provide daily merchandising support while traveling up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays. Perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs with a safety-first mentality. Interact enthusiastically with customers, management, and team members to ensure stores meet shopper needs. No prior experience required; training and support provided for success.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
- Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
