Job Summary
Travel Speech Therapist role providing speech therapy (SLP) services in rehabilitation and community-based settings. Directs and administers therapy for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; reviews medical records; develops treatment plans and administers therapy; assesses speech and language skills; coordinates plan of care with the Director of Clinical Services and client’s physician; documents evaluations and therapy interventions; ensures transfer of pertinent medical data to physicians and caregivers; requires Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology and active state licensure; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology
- Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist
- One year of experience as a Speech Therapist
- Travel as needed
