Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Presbyterian Healthcare Rehabilitation team. Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, communication, cognition, hearing, and dysphagia disorders using evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Develops and oversees rehabilitation plans addressing physical, psychosocial, cognitive, and environmental needs; promotes caregiver independence by connecting patients with resources; collaborates with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other professionals; aligns treatment with discharge goals; serves as patient advocate; performs additional duties to support patient outcomes. Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care that honors cultural values and family involvement. Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology
