Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment in Fremont, CA. The SLP evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication and swallowing disorders across age groups, designs personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals, uses standardized assessments, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, maintains detailed documentation in the electronic medical record, educates patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices, adheres to infection control and regulatory standards, participates in quality assurance and professional development activities, and is responsible for performing other duties within the scope of practice. Requires valid SLP license and current BLS; Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred and CCC-SLP may be required depending on role.
