Job Summary
Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patients during a 1-week travel assignment in Daly City, CA. Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals, use standardized assessments, document progress in the EMR, educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, maintain infection control and safety standards, participate in quality assurance and professional development, and perform other duties within the scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist License (state regulations)
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
