Job Summary
The Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population, develops individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals, documents progress in the EMR, educates patients and families on strategies and home exercises, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, and supports infection control and regulatory standards while providing quality therapy in a travel assignment setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
- Speech Language Pathology experience or interest from new grads welcome
