Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

The Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations and settings as part of a 13-week travel assignment in a facility located in Winfield, Alabama. Key duties include designing personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals, using standardized assessments, documenting progress in the electronic medical record, educating patients and caregivers on effective communication strategies and safe swallowing practices, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining infection control and safety standards, participating in quality assurance and professional development, and performing other duties within the scope of practice.
