Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations using standardized assessments and clinical observation. Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and evidence-based practices, then continuously assess progress to adjust treatment plans and maintain accurate electronic documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care, educate families on communication strategies, and ensure safety through strict adherence to infection control protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification ( AHA/ARC )
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
- Speech Language Pathology experience
- Other certifications or licenses
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
