Job Summary
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Moore, OK. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans; providing patient, family, and caregiver education; documenting progress; and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. 35 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days; travel position with no weekends; start date 05/25/2026; pay package based on 8-hour shifts (tax-free stipend to be determined).
Required Qualifications
- Active OK State License
- CCC certification
- 1+ year SLP experience
- LTC or Rehab experience
- New grads considered with Level II clinical experience
