Job Summary
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for Long-Term Care/SNF; 13-week LTC contract in Potosi, MO, with DOR responsibilities. Provides SLP services in LTC/SNF with leadership duties, including scheduling and attending facility meetings; manages PDPM processes and oversees rehabilitation program development. Monday–Friday 8-hour days, no weekends or on-call; 40 hrs/wk with a 35 guaranteed schedule; active MO license required; leadership experience in SNF/LTC required; PDPM knowledge essential. Travel assignment; full-time clinical responsibilities plus administrative duties within a collaborative, interdisciplinary rehab team.
Required Qualifications
- Active Missouri SLP license required
- Compact licensure not accepted
- Minimum 1 year of SLP experience required
- Leadership role within a SNF or LTC rehab setting required
- Working knowledge of PDPM required
- New graduates will not be considered for this position
- 1 professional reference required
