Job Summary
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week acute care hospital assignment in Hermiston, Oregon. Responsible for treating pediatric and adult patients across speech, language, cognitive, swallowing, dysphagia, hearing, and oral motor disorders in inpatient and outpatient settings. Collaborates as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team; documents patient care using SOAP notes; experience with both adult and pediatric populations preferred; CFYs may be considered. Must have CCC-SLP and Oregon license; Epic EMR experience preferred but not required; lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with transfers over 100 lbs using appropriate techniques; 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts; BLS required; start ASAP; 13 weeks length.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
- Current BLS certification
