Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week travel assignment in Pomona, California. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations; designing personalized therapy programs; ongoing progress assessment and documentation in the electronic medical record; educating patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and home-based exercises; collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care; maintaining a safe treatment environment and adhering to infection control standards; engaging in quality assurance and professional development activities; and performing duties within the scope of practice as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
