Job Summary
Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Morristown, NJ: provide patient assessments and therapy services in home care, focusing on improving communication, swallowing, and cognitive function. Develop and implement individualized care plans, provide therapy for communication and safe swallowing, educate patients and families on treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and care teams, perform discharge planning and case management, and travel to patient homes for care delivery. 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; assignment duration of 12 weeks. Must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and an active NJ SLP license; minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
