Job Summary
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting. Provides diagnosis and therapeutic intervention across articulation, language (expressive and receptive), fluency, and voice. Works with students in inclusion settings; collaborates with general education and special education staff, parents, and administrators; utilizes diagnostic instruments; participates as an effective member of the IEP team; writes and maintains IEP goals and objectives; CCCs in SLP are preferred. Requires a master’s degree, state SLP licensure, and applicable educator certification as required by state; travel/W2 local or travel contract with 37.5 hours per week in person at a public school district in Centralia, IL. Opportunities include in-person, hybrid, or tele with ASHA/state guidelines compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Educator/Teacher Certification if required by State or Department of Education
- CCC-SLP certification preferably; Clinical Fellowship Year accepted
- Experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
- Ability to write IEPs and measurable annual goals
- ASHA guidelines familiarity
- CFY (CFY) accepted
