Job Summary
Travel Speech Language Pathologist assignment in Concord, NH for 13 weeks. Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting. Develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes. Requires SLP credentialing with ASHA, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience. Familiarity with SNF & Nethealth is a plus.
