Job Summary
Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed for a 13-week contract in Farmington, NM. Responsibilities include assessment and treatment of speech, language, and swallowing deficits, teaching patients to produce sounds and improve voice and language skills, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans. Must be an SLP-CCC, with current state licensure (or in process) and CPR certification. Responsibilities also encompass providing skilled speech therapy services per physician orders and setting realistic goals to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in the process of licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Candidate must be an SLP-CCC
