Job Summary
Travel Speech Language Pathologist sought for a 14-week school-based assignment in Osseo, MN. In-person role with 22.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include diagnosis and therapeutic intervention of articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and voice; proficiency with strategies and accommodations to support students in inclusion settings; collaboration with general education and special education staff, parents, and administrators; use of diagnostic instruments; work with students using augmentative and adaptive communication devices; participate as an effective member of the IEP team; write measurable annual goals and objectives; CCCs in SLP preferred; knowledge of state and federal regulations for disabled students; ASHA/state guidelines; required master’s degree and SLP licensure; CF-SLP accepted; travel/local W2 contract with opportunities nationwide for in-person, hybrid, or tele arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Educator/Teacher Certification if required by State or Department of Education
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP CF/CFY) Accepted: YES
- Experience in school-based SLP setting preferred
- Experience with articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and voice interventions
- Knowledge of IEP process and writing measurable goals
- Ability to collaborate with general ed and special ed staff, parents, and administrators
- Familiarity with AAC devices and strategies
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for disabled students
- ASHA and state guidelines for supervision and CF-SLPs
