Travel Specialist II (2nd Shift - Hybrid 1 Day Onsite))

Travel Specialist II responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating airline, hotel, car rental, and other reservations for corporate travelers using Sabre GDS and Concur. Works in a team environment, adheres to Arthrex policies and Advamed guidelines, and provides traveler-focused recommendations. Initially onsite for 90 days with hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm MTWF; after 90 days the role shifts to remote/hybrid with hours 12:00 pm–9:00 pm EST. Responsibilities include building and managing itineraries, advising on international travel requirements, handling inquiries via phone/email/chat, maintaining passenger name records, supporting travel profiles in Concur, and collaborating with the meetings department while remaining flexible to extended hours and weekend work as needed. Qualifications emphasize GDS Sabre experience, Concur familiarity, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to book complex international itineraries; knowledge of MS Office and ability to support diverse travel arrangements for interviews, agencies, doctors, and employees.
