Job Summary
Perform cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations, patient preparation, and result documentation while adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Work independently across multiple hospital locations with rotating day and night shifts, including weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage. Maintain full-time 40-hour weekly schedule with flexibility to float and reside within 20 minutes of the hospital when on-call.
Required Qualifications
- National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- 2 years of experience as an Echo Vascular Ultrasound Tech
- BLS certification
- ARDMS certification in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography
- Experience in General, Vascular, and Echo
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work at multiple hospital locations
- Ability to reside within 20 minutes of the hospital when on-call
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
