Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries or illness at a 60-bed skilled nursing facility in Paonia, Colorado, under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist with mobility improvements, pain management, and activity maintenance to help patients move better and stay active. Requires an Associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and BLS certification. The assignment spans 13 weeks with 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts, offering full-time pay, housing, and license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License
- Experience with Net Health
- Experience with PCC
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
