Job Summary
Travel PTA position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week assignment in North Little Rock, AR. You will provide patient-focused physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting patients recovering from injuries or illness to improve movement and function. The role involves working 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift, delivering restorative care and ADL training, and adhering to established care plans. Licensed Physical Therapist supervision required; Arkansas PTA license and related certifications (BLS) may be required. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active Arkansas State PTA license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Experience with restorative care programs and ADL training preferred
- Ability to follow care plans established by a licensed Physical Therapist
