Travel Physical Therapy Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility: provide rehab-focused therapy to geriatric patients under a licensed PT, assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility training, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and adhere to established care plans across a 13-week, 40-hours-per-week travel assignment in Lakeside, AZ. Requires an Associate degree in PTA, active AZ PTA license, and BLS certification; travel between client facilities possible.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment
